How do you guys balance a folding prop?

I remove the blades and weigh them on gold scales. This is only a start as I have found 2 - 3 grams variation sometimes. I swap blades until I find a even pair. Then I fit them to the hub and tighten the screws so the blades are secure and put them on my magnetic balancer.
If they are a long way out, look at the hub. If it is a plastic one they can be a long way out so I start by shaving that.
Failing that I sit the 'heavy' blade flat on some fine wet and dry and slide it around on the back side. Sometimes all it takes is a fine rub on the leading edge of the blade near the tip. There are plenty of ways to do it.
