    HELP! freewing T45 & F14 owners i need help

so imi trying to do some upgrades/ mods to my 90mm exceedrc f18. I'm wanting to upgrade the landing gear because the stock nose gear is horrible. i just recently purchased the 90mm T45 nose gear assembly but its a little too big. my next option was going to be the F14 nose gear so im trying to see if any one in here currently owns both airplanes and can tell me if the nose gear is the same size or is the f14 gear smaller? thank you!!! post pictures if you can

The Exceed F-18 uses a "pull-pull" steering scheme, different from the FW T-45. If you want to use the T-45's nosegear set or similar, you will need to carve some foam to accommodate the steering rotation arm.

That said, you will probably want to use something from the 70mm or 80mm jets, since the servoless retract units are closer in size to the Exceed ones.
