Thank you. 12mm is the high rate correct? Then what about the low rate for take off and just general flying? I set my low rate at 12mm and that worked well for two flights then the wind was blowing and you can guess the rest. This why I revisited this site to be sure what my low rate should be. Thanks again.

That's right, 12mm high rate (I don't ever use low rate) with 20% expo on all surfaces (just my personal taste).
