Considering painting the wingtips a different color. I have the yellow Avanti S. Unfamiliar with painting foam. Any help appreciated. materials, paint, techniques.

Two questions. What do I do as far as the yellow wingtips that are on the plane now? Just spray over them? What about the whole minwax thing. Does it add a lot more weight doing this?
