I reticently purchased a Freewing L-39 Albatros and just finished the build and initial setup last night. Crummy weather locally so it might be a week or so before I get a chance to maiden her.
I installed a Spektrum AR7350 receiver in it which has ASX3 functionality. This is my first ASX3 receiver, first receiver with any sort of auto stabilization actually. After watching all the ASX3 videos that Spektrum created I've got it all programmed and ready to go for the initial flight, but I'm curious if anyone else has a similar setup, and if so what are your ASX3 gain, D/R, Expo settings for the L-39? Just so I'll at least be close on the maiden flight. I know it'll take a bit of tweaking, and luckily the DX8 G2 supports relative gain so I'll be able to tweak the gain in the air, but I'd like to be somewhat close to the preferred settings on the first couple of flights at least.
