  • Huge Avro Vulcan, Valiant & Victor bombers fly together

Take a ride onboard the huge Avro Vulcan Bomber flown by Dave Johnson, UK Large Model Association Chairman. After he gets in the air the Valiant and Victor bombers flown by his son and grandson, Andy and Adam, take off and catch up for some formation flying.

The Avro Vulcan is powered by 4 P100 turbine jet engines and is 20 feet wingspan.

Love that Vulcan. If Freewing ever made a foam EDF (twin 80mm or 90mm) in a 1600 - 2000mm wingspan, I'd buy one but that's just me. There may not be enough interest for any company to make one.

I would double the sales volumne ! Tony Nijhuis has plans for a twin 50, a twin 90 and a turbine version, wood of course but plans and wood packs are available. I am with you, never be enough interest for this one but another F-4 ? No problem ! There was one at Top Gun a few years back even dropped a Blue Steel missile but cannot remember the gents name —- it flew well.
