    Yak 130 8s version...erratic power

Getting ready to power up and adjust servos...No power to the Rx... but then I saw a 2 wire lead hanging around in the mass of wires and figuring it to be a power plug...and I plugged it into empty port in the Rx...the power was then on. I bound the Rx and everything seemed fine but I noticed all the servos were erratic...no smoothness at all:(. Also I noticed the BEC seemed a little warm. Any ideas? Also what are you guys using to replace the OEM BEC with for the 8cell version?
    Thanks in advance,
    Bill

It could be the BEC but there could be something wrong loading the BEC down. Trouble shoot it some more.

unplugged everything and "booted" the start up and everything is fine?????...but somehow I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy...still an issue in my book. What's a good BEC swap---8s?

ANOTHER question on the 8s Yak 130...Can anyone give me a clarification on where to set the neutral elevator position? In the manual there seems to be 2 parallel lines indicating that this must define a "range"???
