So my plane fell off its holder not fard dident seem to damage it apart from a dent on the elavator but testing the plane yesterday one of my thrust vector nosels had gotten real stiff and the servo cant push it anyone had that any know how to fix it ?

Take the rods off the vector nozzle (carefully using ball link pliers so you don't rip the whole ball off) and see how it moves by hand. You may be able to see where the constriction is and either pop something back in or re-align something or put some silicone lube where the nozzle moves around its housing. Perhaps, the nozzle got pushed suddenly and you've stripped one of the servos. Without knowing exactly why it's stiff, it's hard to say what will fix it.

Possibly done a servo but one duct is stiffer to move than the other

The vector nozzle is like a ball and socket. It's possible that the impact caused the ball to slightly mis-align inside the socket. See if the socket has split a little. It's in 2 halves.
