  • Internals/Electronics fit another airframe? Rebel v2

Hey quick question. I have all the internals for a rebel edf v2. Esc, motor, fan, servos. 70mm. Question instead of buying a new rebel Fuse and so forth...curious what other jets airframes on motion or elsewhere would work with the electronics out of this jet?

60amp ESC from Freewing with XT60
    2849-2850kv Freewing motor
    12 blade edf fan
    ESC Model number is HW-BQ8008

You need to find another 70mm jet that flies on a 4s system. It should be about the same flying weight and size. Once you find one, see if it’s sold as an “ARF”. It seems most of the other 70mm jets are 6s power due to their size and weight. Putting a 4s system into one of those likely will result in a plane that is very sluggish and might not even get off the ground.
You can also check FMS’s line up of jets and those that HobbyKing offers.
