Light Burner?

Guys I am hoping some one can add some clarity here.
Now let me say that I understand that we are in strange times and that many of the add on stuff we utilize in RC is a cottage industry.

I ordered a Light Burner 8s Jeti for my Freewing F4. This was ordered on 10/4/202
I receive confirmation of my order, however no shipping confirmation or package has been received.
I have sent at least 6 emails to both of their contact email addresses but I have not receive a reply.
Additionally I have reached out vis Facebook messanger (of which I have has conversations with the company) there has been no response.

I hope everyone over there is safe and healthy. Just wondering if they are still in business.

I read somewhere the other day that the owner was having health issues. I believe it was on a Facebook page.
