Freewing F15C Landing gear Sequencer

Hi all, Looking for a little assistance .Had to reinstall a new F15C landing sequencer. When initiating the retracts to open, the front nose servo has a quicker response then the door. The sequence is off. Rear retracts are fine and when in closing sequence, seems fine in regards to the sequence of door and gear servo for both rear and front. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't have this plane but this has happened to me in another plane. Check to make sure you don't have the retract and the gear door plugged into each other's port on the sequencer.
