    Concorde!

For the love of all that is holy and just can we get a scale twin 80mm Concorde with adjustable nose? Not that I have ever bugged Alpha 5 million times about it or anything.

    :D

A Concorde would be sweet. I did a profile one way back when and it flies great! Always turns heads at the field.

Oh that's fantastic Pat! I would buy that kit in a heartbeat. I bought an SR-71 profile kit and have had a ball with it.

Where did you get the SR-71 from? My friend had one that we sold, great flyer!

Oh that's nice looking! Mine has the pusher prop at the tail. Love the working whale tails! Mine just uses outboard elevons. I can't recall the name of the guy I bought the kit from. He's on RC Groups. Here's a video of me flying mine in 20+ mph winds...Something you would NEVER see me attempt with my LX 64mm version, LOL!

Nice! Looks like a Frank Burke ("burkefj" on RCG) design.

I found out today that Windrider is re-releasing their 2.85m Concorde next Spring...VERY excited since I have been wanting a scale Concorde in my hangar since, well, FOREVER!

I wish Freewing would do it but they don't seem to be interested. Windrider is a UK manufacturer that specializes in giant foam RC so my fingers are crossed. I don't have any info or photos of this model but I do have one video (for size reference only) showing what appears to be an early pre-production model a few years ago that the pilot crashed at the end. At least it gives you an idea of the size.

very cool hope they do not take forever to come out with this though. Also hope they make the nose tilt able as well. One can dream!

Now that's an impressive model. Too bad about the crash at the end. Looks like it needs a really long field.

Couldn't agree more! You can't have a Concorde without the nose tilt option.

Those fans also sounded like crap, lol...12 blades no less! I will gladly take a kit that is a quality mold and I will put the proper power system in her. You can't have a Concorde flying around sounding like a vacuum cleaner for pete's sake! This is the 21st Century after all! LOL
