Are you asking for someone (private sale) to sell you such a plane (in which case, you should post this the classified "wanted" section) or are you asking if there are such kits commercially available? Very basic "kits" are restricted to prop planes (commercially). Most kits are "ARF PLUS" these days (for EDF jets) - it comes with everything except the EDF, ESC.
