Been there, done that. Mine splashed down on an alkaline pond. Corroded some of the electronic components. Fixed last winter and has flown perfectly all this season. On a high note, replaced the fans/motors with upgraded ones with way more thrust.

Suggestion….I would be hesitant to continue using electronics which had been in the Hudson. Water exposure may create “walking wounded” delayed effects.

Ask anyone who bought an automobile that has been submerged in a flood and then “cleaned up” and sold by unscrupulous folks. Headache upon headache keep cropping up.

Since you did a great job fixing her up, I would hate that a failure in the electronics would make waste of the repair effort.

This test/cleaning will not weed out walking wounded due to moisture effects over time. Corrosion, etc.

My point…There is potential added risk as time goes on.

I can not do more than this ...... I can not replace the electronics for cost ..... 1 dollar = 400 pesos ...... impossible for my economy

Do you still have the video of that day? As I recall it was a very good one complete with a drone 3rd person view of the "event".

I do. It's actually from a flying friend. He's quite an artist when it comes to creating videos, not to mention a terrific FPV drone pilot.
