Ca, super glue or even the contact cement that comes in the FreeWing kits.

The magnetic alloy is actually mostly iron. The chemical formula is Nd2Fe14B (Fe = iron, B = boron, Nd = neodymium), so out of every 17 atoms, only two are Neodymium. By weight, it's around 65% iron. Glue it just like you'd glue an iron magnet.
