Just got to Maiden mine Saturday a big beautiful *****cat, just moved up from the 80 Mirage with a Jet fan Typhoon EDF and 130amp ESC upgrade. Only been back in the hobby for 10 months so yea my butthole was puckered up big time, happy to say it was for no reason. Flying from a grass field beautiful power high Alpha’d on my maiden it was so confidence building not a single bad tendency for me. Gear handled grass landings great have to really get into it yet only 3 flights running SMC 53-4600 packs. Everyone at my club commented on how great it looked and flew, just ordered a few more 5300’s hoping to get more flight time in tomorrow. Great job on Freewing they get this right on far as I’m concerned

It's headbangin' time! :D

I installed the Freewing LED burner to move the CG further back, replaced canard servos by a couple of PRK 7465MGs and finally programmed canard compensated flaperons. With them I can now land pretty slow without tailstriking, totally worth it!
