I ordered a f9 f panther from motion RC and I have yet to receive any updates or shipping information or tracking number from motion RC does anyone know how long do they take to process an order and ship? I bought the product on October 4th and we are now on the 7th and no update at all whatsoever or email does anybody know how to contact motion RC?

Check your unwanted /spam box just to be sure.also check if the payment went good, so as soon as you made your purchase you should automatic go back to motion rc website and a order number etc will show up
shipping if you picked normal shipping will take a bit longer then you used to. Like 4 day or something.
Press the contact section or way on the website till the Orange chatt icon shows up right corner. You can just call them..

I used to also but it was automated when the status goes from pending to fulfilled which doesn’t happen on a weekend. Used to be if you ordered early on a work day it shipped that day.
Now it’s usually two working days later and then the next day I get the fedx email they have it in the system and maybe later that day they have possession.

All I can say is Motion has above and beyond been amazing on shipments to customer support. Just a insite I paid for and ordered a manufacturers 10channel receiver 6 freaking weeks ago, not a single email other than the confirmation I placed the order. I had to email them what’s going on and suddenly it ships 2 days later, now I’m not going to say the company name but they are very very well respected in the RC community. Relax give Motion a little break there shipping to customer support is too notch

For me personally Motion has been totally amazing on everything from shipping to the very few warranty concerns I’ve had. They even gave me a gift card when I got a 90 F15 V1 fuse instead of the V2 with the ribbon cables for my trouble of rewiring it. I’ll throw this out there I ordered a receiver and other heli parts from another vender a full 4 days before my Motion order and my Motion parts arrived still 3 days ahead of the other vender. Say what you want but I’d order everything from Motion if possible, just my take
