F-4 Phantom decals

How do you remove the decals? I was under the impression they were supplied separate so I could pout my own on.

I think the problem your gonna have by removing them is it takes the paint with it. I was under the impression to that they came without decals on. I wish the didn't have decals on them so we had more options.
