  • Eurofighter vs j10

So i have several jets but im looking for a jet that can take off as easy as the f22 90mm or better. This because of my runway that is about 80meters. My f22 90 my f16 70 and my a10 twin 80 all make it in 2/4 to 3/4 of the runway so thats an important factor. Also the one with the most durable gear.

So is there a big diggerence between the two in terms of easy takeoffs and robust gear?

About the same. The J-10 may accelerate just a tad faster.

Oke thats good to know. And gear whise? Does it make a difference. I tought i saw that the j10 was able to 3d print and fit a brace on the main gears

I fly off pavement and haven't had a bad landing with either one (or my F-22's) so I don't know..

I have the 6s J10 getting ready to convert to 8s but stock it has plenty of power the front gear is pretty good. About all that’s happened to mine are the bearing covers do take the blunt on harder landings so I’d suggest ordering a few spares otherwise it’s very hard. Takes off and lands with high alpha excellent, stock form 6s SMC hivolt 53/4600 packs mine runs mid 115mph area. I fly off a grass field without any problems

Here’s the covers where my finger is and you can see this one has stress marks so before I fly her again I’ll replace that side.

The piece with two screws that has the red and black wire going over it?

Hard to describe, the only weak place I’ve seen this far and I have a good 30 flights on mine from a grass field. Thought the pic would help a lot more than trying to describe

Maybe 3d print some thicker covers?
did anyone try 3d printing main gear braces? There seems to be enough space.

so eventough the j10 is longer and has about has a smaller wing. It doesnt interfear with the takeoff performance because its a bit faster due to exhaust? Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_20250126_152744.jpg Views:	0 Size:	106.3 KB ID:	418876

Really not sure why but the J-10 does take off slightly earlier and is a little faster. The Euro floats better...
