I dont think there is best, BUT if you want every option possible i would suggest the 10chanel AR10360T

with safe, as3x and telemerty, then you have the option of making even more mixes and more seperate gyros

Depends. Do you want tailerons? Full span flaps? Separately steerable nosewheel?
