  • eorofighter v2 questions

I bought v1 used. Replaced gear with electric retracts. Loved flying it but recently crashed it due to pilot error. I really want the new version. Is v2 as good as it seems. I was getting 4 minutes on 4000 ma batteries on 6 bladed fan and slower motor. Ryan was saying he was flying 2.5 minutes. Does that 90- 12 blade reallysuck that much juice from a 5000? I run my batteries to 15-20% I also like that the canards and wings are screw on and it has an operational rudder.

I've got the v2, and it is a great airplane. I have my timer set for 3 minutes, but could likely bump it up to 4 IF I didn't like the fast low passes so much :) . Big EDF takes a lot of juice. Flight time is heavily dependent on flying style. I know some really great pilots that can get amazing flight time out of EDF jets with careful throttle, and carrying momentum. Great flying airplane.

Heck, that's the best part! LOL! Low passes are a highly addictive rush!
