Avanti S Green Ultra Performance 8S 90mm EDF Sport Jet with Gyro - PNP from Freewing – FJ32512PG

The Avanti S is one of the most popular RC sport jets in the hobby, and now it’s bigger, faster and more capable than ever! The new Freewing Avanti S 90mm grows the popular Avanti S airframe to a 1380mm (54.3 in) wingspan and a 1460mm (57.5 in) length. That gives it more presence on the flight line and in the sky, plus the planted, locked-in feel that comes with a jet this size.

Power comes from a 12-blade 90mm EDF driven by a 4075-1350Kv brushless inrunner motor and an 8S LiPo setup. The system produces approximately 4700g (10.4 lb) of thrust, with the turbine-like sound 90mm EDF pilots love. Firewall the throttle and the Avanti S can be off the ground in as little as 15m (49 ft), with top speeds reaching 200 km/h (124 mph). Fast passes are crisp and precise, and the rolls are axial. When it’s time to slow down, the Avanti S has good stall manners and holds a smooth line on low, slow approaches. The 120A ESC with thrust reversing shortens landing rollouts, and the factory-installed EG01 6-axis gyro keeps the jet steady through gusty conditions and on final.

Under the foam, the Avanti S is engineered for strength and rigidity. The hollow main wing is built around a carbon fiber square tube and a wooden rib beam, and the horizontal stabilizers carry their own carbon reinforcement. Want to take it further? The bolt-on rear fuselage section accepts an optional thrust vectoring unit (FJ32511022), which turns the Avanti S into a 3D machine capable of flat spins, tight tumbles and pendulums.

Getting to the air is just as quick. The screw-less quick-release wing system slides each wing onto the carbon spar and locks it in place, and the wing’s electrical connections plug in automatically. The tail goes on with a few screws and a single wiring connection, so the jet goes from box to flight line in no time. Once it’s up, the fully painted green and white livery stands out in any sky, with LED lights at five positions and four sets of formation lights on the tail and fuselage sides. When it comes back down, the electric retracts ride on CNC aluminum shock-absorbing struts with sealed springs and damping grease that soak up firm landings.
    The Best Got Bigger

The beloved Avanti S grows to a 1380mm / 54.3in wingspan and a 1460mm / 57.5in length. More size means more presence on the flight line, easier flying at a distance, and the planted, locked-in feel that only comes with a bigger jet.
    Serious 90mm EDF Power

A 12-blade 90mm EDF and a 4075-1350KV inrunner on 8S produce approximately 4700g / 10.4lb of thrust and top speeds of 200 km/h / 124 mph. You get the turbine-like sound 90mm pilots love, with plenty of vertical to go with it.
    Factory EG01 Gyro

The factory-installed EG01 6-axis gyro smooths out gusty days and steadies the jet on final. Select modes from your transmitter and fly with more confidence from takeoff to touchdown.
Lit Up from Nose to Tail

LED lights at five positions and four sets of formation lights on the tail and fuselage sides keep the Avanti S visible against bright skies, overcast days and evening sessions.
    Screw-Less Quick-Release Wings

Slide the wings onto the carbon spar, lock them in, and the electrical connections plug in automatically. No screws or loose wires to deal with, just less time on the bench and more time in the air.
    Hardware That Holds Up

A captured ball link sits centered between dual control horns, spreading the servo load evenly for sharp response and long-lasting durability. The horns are bonded and screwed into enlarged bases, and an L-bend pushrod with a keeper at the servo makes adjustments and maintenance quick and easy. Hidden hinges finish it off with clean, precise surfaces.
Landing Gear That Takes the Hit

The electric retracts ride on CNC aluminum shock-absorbing struts with a fully enclosed design, so the springs and damping grease are sealed inside with nothing exposed. A built-in brace reinforces the nose strut, and full nose gear doors and main gear strut doors give the gear a clean, finished look.
    A Livery That Pops

The high-contrast green and white scheme is fully painted with no bare foam, so it looks sharp on the ground and makes orientation easy in the air. You always know which way the Avanti S is pointed. It’s also available in red and white.

    Requires:Power System and Electronics Compatibility:

This model is designed to operate using the included ESC and its integrated BEC, which is specifically matched to the onboard electronics. To ensure reliable performance and prevent damage, always power the aircraft's receiver and electronics through the installed ESC using the main flight battery. Do not use any power source other than the main flight battery to power the model, otherwise damage will occur to the electronics.

The receiver, servos, and other onboard electronics included with this model are rated for a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. When selecting your ESC and power system, verify that the BEC output supplied to the receiver and onboard electronics does not exceed 5.5V. Using a higher voltage will damage the aircraft's electronics. Product Specifications:

          And some more info here:

Anyway, how soon is "soon"? :)

Waiting for ARF+ version of the "Kawasaki green" one :) I have an unused Freewing 90mm metal EDF (4068-1750kV)
