F18 v2 front retract door sequencing

Hi everyone,
I am wiring up my spektrum reciever to my new freewing f18 v2 when i noticed the front retract doors aren't opening in sequence.The nose wheel is pushing the doors open.
I was hoping someone would know the problem?

There should be a sequencer that the door and the retracts plug into. Do you have this sequencer? Are the plugs for the door and the retracts plugged into the correct ports on the sequencer and are the plugs plugged in with the correct polarity? Does the door servo actually work? Have you tested it with a servo tester?
