The Su47 build was not an easy build . This is one of those jets that is only available through LX Models / Blitz RC. The final product is very awe inspiring. Being an eps model, it is not as strong as epo, especially if you have a rough landing. The foam just falls apart at the weakest point. To avoid such a disaster, you need to reinforce the LG Wells and joints where the front part of the fuselage and the back part meet. I am posting some of the photos showing the structural reinforcements done to improve this jet. It turned out great. I used 1/32 birch plywood which was very light and didn't add any significant weight to the over all build. I use Hot Glue everywhere, except to glue the top and bottom halves of the fuselage. I will post videos of the maiden flight soon.
