  • 1700mm Axis Warbirds

I hope sometime in the future MotionRc will offer a larger scale (FMS or Freewing) Axis Warbirds such as the Fw190 or ME109.

I second that request. One of my favorite birds is the 1400 190, just cant beat the looks of those long struts coming down on final. It would be an awesome 1700mm .

I hear you on that.  I'd love to see them come up with and ME 109E in yellow nose or in Adolph Galland's Mickey Mouse paint scheme.
I've noticed too that no one ever thinks of making a Buchon 109, we've all seen them in the movies, Battle of Britain and Memphis Belle.  They are the Spanish version that they converted to Rolls Royce engines when they ran out of DB 601s.  Check out the video I linked to, you can see them there, sitting in a hangar in Texas.  They were given to one of the pilots because the film company couldn't afford to pay him, so he took the 109's instead, and there they sit.  Right from the movie to the crates to the hangar and almost 50 years later..........

We would love to see some 1700 sized warbirds as well. Unfortunately, unless something changes at FMS, the best we can hope for is an updated version of what they already make.
