Looking for setting for flaps on t28 don’t see in book

In the v3 manual it calls for 1" (25.4mm) for full down flap. No in-between setting.
All my warbirds control surfaces are set in degrees and the majority are set at:.
Take-Off Flap @ 15 degree and Landing Flap @ 30 degree
These work very well for the Trojan.
