That reminded me of when they had drag boat races in marble falls, how much I wanted to go and dredge the bottom of the lake the day after looking for their superchargers and intakes that would be blown off the top of their engines. Of course I could never afford to build an engine to handle the boost those things would push, but it would be cool to just say yeah I got a blower from a drag boat. Lol

Both the P 40 and the 4258-460kV motor are now on order. Hopefully, after my maiden I won't be looking at my plane innards like the picture above!!! LOL

Hey CB, can you post a pic of the battery tray and where you sit your battery, gives us a good starting point.

Dan............I'm assuming your talking about the 6S batt in the P-40 with the Razor's motor
No pics required (if my mem is correct), the 6S batt sits on the tray with the front of Lipo even with front of tray. This held true for both the 4000 & 4500.
Half my fleet is under cover out in the garage/barn and the Warhawk is one of them so you get no pics. Oh.........temps in the mid 20's now versus single digits.:P
$300 electric bill for last months unusually cold time period.

Oh wow, so its not really any different than the 4000 4s. Good to know, of course I'll check the CG out on it before blasting (literally) into the wild blue.....
