I just received a 1400mm fms t-28 and although it arrived in good shape I am short screws and have the wrong screws. Has anyone else had this problem. I live in a small town in Southern Utah with the closest hobby shop over 50 miles away. Not good. No one had anything close to the sizes needed. You would think that when you pay $300.00 + for an ARF it would be all there. I not Happy.

RE: fms t-28 1400 mm
Hello UJ,
Sometimes a little twist occurs like that(part of that inexpensive factory labor over there) and it is frustrating, but just open a ticket with MRC customer service and they will fix it for ya. I have bought many a plane from MRC and some have had issues and these guys make it right. Just recently was missing six 2mm nuts to install the upper wing on my Dynam Waco, they are taking care of it. They are just a stand up company to deal with. So.... be happy that you bought from MRC and not from NP, BH or HK.
Best Regards,

Do not worry, Motion will make good on issues related to their products. Moreover, you are going to love this plane. I have both the red and grey and both fly so good.Originally posted by utah jimI just received a 1400mm fms t-28 and although it arrived in good shape I am short screws and have the wrong screws. hey ... just wanted to ask: Do you know why they did away with the servo/sequencer gear covers? Looks like the previous version of the T-28 had the sequencer and servo actuated covers.E-Flite Apprentice S 15e

RE: fms t-28 1400 mm
It was a reliability issue. The present version uses a torsion spring arrangement actuated by the wheel touching on the spring to close the door. Works very well, have never had an issue. The other benefit is 2 less servos on the system.Originally posted by dbbyleohey ... just wanted to ask: Do you know why they did away with the servo/sequencer gear covers?
