  • Any of y'all remember this?

Love this bird but this one was tricky to fly from the get go... I'm thinking about putting new life into her again

That looks like the ol' Airfield(made by FMS) P-40E that was sold by Nitroplanes but which size one, the 800 or the 1400?
I've got a 1400 and still flyin it.

Naw this is the 300 size eflite from about 8 or 9 years ago. I stopped flying it because it snapped over really easy with my 3s 800mah packs. (Back in the days when I didn't understand wing loading) It's designed for 2s 450mah. I wanna say it's near the 800mm class of plane. I'll throw my hand in for reference...

I just liked the way it looked but didn't want it to die in a crash so I put it on it's stand and it's been doing CAP over my room every since.

I have the same-size model in a Mitsubishi Zero. Its a really sweet-flying plane...on the smaller pack.
