    Thanks, I think I will leave well enough alone for now and wait until I have to remove the cowl.....which is hopefully never!

      I used the new small  bottles that Ace Hardware has now, 2 oz side and with a bit of water to get the milk-like consistancey, it works great!  The size and price are really good.

                I recently picked up a NIB 1400mm and it flys great but is horrible about nose overs as you've probably already read about on other forums. I plan to rake the gears, run some taller tires and use a more aft CG.

                  I've read about nose overs on grass, we have a petromat runway.

                  I'd be interested in knowing where you end up CG wise.
