FMS FW190 Re-paint

Hi guys! First Post here, I spoke to Matt at motionRC support and showed him my FMS fw 190 when he recommended me posting it here.

It's a 1400mm FMS fw 190 with the Willi black nose scheme that I changed to a FW 190 A7 white 14 of Sturmstaffel 1, I do need to finish the side armor window plates that the actual plane had, it's just that I find them so ugly :P

I used a regular fork to do the rivets, that I gently pushed without trying to penetrate the foam too much.

Looks fantastic! I just got myself an airbrush, I plan on customizing some of my planes in the future after some serious practice, your 190 look fantastic!

Bryan; I've actually thought about painting other people's aircraft as a side job/hobby thing cause it's a TON of fun and I could never buy every plane I'd like to re-paint so it would have to be other people's planes :)

That is a serious repaint job, very nice. I thought my Zero looked good but you are a pro. Quite the taping job on the spinner, how long did THAT take?

That really looks Great! I've been wanting to do a repaint on a couple of my birds but just can't seem to get around to it. Excellent paint job!

Hunkered down for the winter here in Iowa.  Decided to completely repaint my Old Crow. Santa brought me a airbrush. This is my first paint job.

Where in Iowa are you located? I'm up in the NW corner.  Its supposed to get up to 40 degrees here today but the wind continues to howl

Jeff,
I'm located in NE Iowa, south of Dubuque in a little town called Miles.  Temp here today going to push 40 also, but man, the wind is strong (+20mph)
