I have one. Haven't flown it yet but I have spent a few hours tweeking it. If your having problems setting it up or building it I would suggest watching a Youtube vid by Rc Informer, he does a build vid and shows how to tweek and set the CG on it. He sets his CG at 100mm not 120 like the book says. I'm trusting he knows what he's doing, he says he's been flying arc's for 20 some years.

The Large 1700MM Corsair do require a bit more room for take off, not so much landing. Mine tended to seem slow, but it pulled itself right off and fairly smooth. I always kind of called it a big lug. I didn't notice torque to any side, it starts out fairly normal; if that the right word. Then the tail raises and I give her the throttle to pull herself up up and away! Then, I make a slight turn to the left and start my altitude for flight. One thing about loops, rolls and aerobatics. Make sure your at altitude because she's a beast. Not like the small 1400MM Corsair, looks about the same; flight wise. They are two different animals all together, mine used full flaps on landing and was awesome. I think that was the funnest part of this War-bird. Yes, my first landing was difficult, two try's to set her down gentle. After I gained my composure it was okay. She has a new owner now days, I hope that new pilot gets some great flights from her. I totally miss having that airplane!!! I'm sure, I will have another one day soon. Enjoy guys! Matt out.

She does torque to the left and the plane will do a fish tailing effect if you try to take off on 3/4 instantly. Use some right on rudder
Here my video of my take off . But I can't make the video short lol . And my landing. Used a 5000 mah 50c ADMIRAL Lipo
when landing on long good approach , Get as close to the the ground 2-3ft  while your cutting back THROTTLE with full flaps . Then slowly cut THROTTLE 1/4 or less and let her down ,and she does not like rolling on its wheels for long bring that tail down as soon as she lands  . If your try landing her by cutting THROTTLE @ 3-5 feet high or higher she will fall to the ground and ripp the landing gear out, she is not a floater . Took me a while to get the landings right .
