FMS does not sell an Easy Trainer 1280 kit. The demand would be extremely low so they do not offer this.

We have been debating the Super EZ. At this time we have decided not to stock the plane because there are many alternatives for beginners with much better instructions and less quality issues for the same amount of money. An experienced modeler can deal with quality issues but not a beginner.

Hi Tom, I just put the FMS Super ez together and posted a review at Diamond Hobby. I too was hoping to buy from Motion. I have many planes but the EZ is not just a trainer to me, it is a high wing sport plane ala the Art tech Devil, Mentor, etc. Strong looks (aggressive), size, and potability all factor in. Wing removal is a biggie for me since I drive a small SUV (pulleeeze address this in your reviews). Eg. the Flyzone Beaver is a serious want but a no-go due to the fussy wing system. The build on the Super EZ sets a new ARF standard. I think I will always keep a Super Ez in my fleet. EZ to fix...cheap to replace...takes the HK bomb drop like it was made for it. FMS...optional floats?, 2nd wing with big, fat flaps? Ps. Diamond sold out fast.
