What servo are you guys using to install the flaps ? In the spare parts tab they show 3 different 9g servos

    Hey Weedsnager,
I plan on using the 9g servo with the 22" lead so I can reach my rx without an extension. Since the servos will be placed in opposite directions, you will also need a reverse servo. They are not listed in the parts section for the plane but you can find them in the electronics parts section. You will also need a Y harness so you can use one channel on your rx. The 17g servo listed in the plane parts is probably for the tail wheel since it would take more torque.
I have the parts for the flap mod but haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I've been reading that the foam hinge for the flaps is pretty thick and needs to be worked quite a bit to get it loosened up. Let me know how it goes
