  • Any Yak 52 pilots out there

I recently won a Yak 52 by Seagull models and was wondering if anyone out there has built and flown this aircraft. Looking for tips & pointers. Not sure if I will go gas or electric. Depends on the costs and what is more price effective. The manual calls for a .91 two stroke or a 1.20 four stroke. Not sure how to find out what is comparable in an electric motor.

Looks like I have a winter project!

The Yak is a very "neutral" flying plane. Extremely aerobatic and great tumbler. Sometimes they are wonky to land. It's a Yak thing. No experience with your particular bird. But I do love Yaks! Even the name! :D
