I got to see one of these at the hobbie shop a few days ago it really looks nice. With the 2cell brushless power and a more true wing this might be something you could actually fly. This has got my interest back up for trying the ultra micros again. I would like to see them redo the previous warbirds like this.

RE: New eflite p47 um
I saw the video earlier looks like it flies nice. I got to handle one at a hobbie shop a few days ago. It is built more like the larger versions especially the main wing. It's not just a thin sheet of foam but a thicker more durable wing. The 2s power system should give ample power. I can't wait to get one and fly it.Originally posted by Aros.MotionRCWe just posted a review video of this cool plane today, you can check it out below: I'd like one myself!

It all depends on your flight pack.Originally posted by DOOM! View PostWhat kind of flight times can be expected from the P47 um? I am really tempted to pick one up.
I fly my bone stock UM Pitts S1S on a Miniaviation 2s 300mAh 35C and have power to spare after 5 minutes of spirited flight. The stock jug should be almost the same.
I haven't tried my Jug with the stock motor. I ran some numbers on eCalc and found that the 250 was more powerful and more efficient than the 180, so I changed out the motor.
With the 250 and the same packs as my Pitts, spirited flight with a couple of unlimited verticals, I get 5 min. with a little to spare. WFO full flight you might get 4 min. period.
Cheers!
