I see the line of Tech One are in, since there are so many to choose from wondering if anybody has experience with this line. I am looking for  a general purpose outdoor 3d intermediate skill ?

If you are looking for a nice flying 3D practice model, this is the one I would go with. Watch the video and you will get the idea. It flies slow enough it will give you time to think about the control inputs required for the various maneuvers.  Although it is desgned for indoor flying it could be flown outside in really calm conditions.
