Wondering why MotionRC does not sell this plane as it is a FMS plane?

Well, first MotionRC does not carry it. Second it is a basic trainer not much to say about them.

But I now have to question why you purchased it? It looks like a step backwards in your flight skill progression. Last I heard from you were looking at 3D and FAI F3A pattern planes.

From an esthetic perspective I have to wonder why FMS made a slab sided foam model. In the old days of making models from balsa sticks and sheets it was fast and easy. But then we called these models Ugly Sticks and for good reasons.

Molding in foam would allow for much nicer looking and aerodynamic fuselages, at no extra cost.

Yes very much interested in 3D and pattern flying. However watching some videos this planes looks to decent at aerobatics. I like to get planes that look interesting to fly.

OK, but looking at the airfoils and the force layout I don't think you will be happy with it for long, I know I wouldn't be.

Aren't there a plethora of model that are at least decent at aerobatics and have much more potential for more precise controlled flight?

And to add insult to injury it looks like the box it was shipped in.

FYI: I hate how trainers fly. So take what I've said with a grain of salt, about this model or any other that markets itself as an advanced trainer.

Now I might use this type of model as a radio test bed (No emotional commitment to the model).
