Put in a 60 amp ESC for the 4S battery (2600mAh). Got it all soldered up tonight and May get to fly her in...L (2600mAh). and May get to fly her in the morning.
Another rescue completed- bought from a friend in 1986-ish and it never flew. Was marketed under the Aristo-craft model line - as The Challenger. Not using that name for any aircraft, ever. So I dubbed it Cessnaught.
I put 3 flights on it with a 3S battery and 40 amp ESC, and it was almost mildly aerobatic. I guess FMS uses the same motor in the T-28, 4250-580kv so I figured a 4S was logical upgrade. Guess I will find out tomorrow.

ff- it I cannot edit anything with this format...

The 4S was a welcome performer, so she got the rest of the paint and accents.

With the 3S I used a lot of our 600’ runway and it did climb finally, but any aerobatics looked like an octopus falling out of a tree.
