Thanks, DenJen49, the P-38 was a labor of love and we're very proud of it. We don't plan on producing a B-25 while FMS' popular version is still in production, but we are looking at other bomber models which have not yet been released in foam. Something new to catch people's interests.

Well, I am fan of twin-engine aircraft.
Twins are the only planes in my hanger.
There should be more than a few bombers to choose from.
Any hints?

I'm fond of both of those, as well as several other popular twins, so we'll see what the stars have in them. It won't be for at least another 18-24 months though, I can say that. We're evaluating the market's appetite for large twins with the P-38, so future projects will largely depend on its success.

Alpha, is there any chance FMS has looked into producing a version 2 of the B-25? It would be great to see it elevated to the level of the P-40B and other recent releases. I have seen it, and it flies great but could use some updates. It would be nice to see the shape of the nacelles, the position of the right waist gunner position, and most noticeably the landing gear updated. Correct gear and doors would really make a difference for it, and wouldn't be that difficult. Move the mains forward, split the main doors in 3 pieces, and add the small spring-loaded door in the current nose gear piece. Of course, this may be me being overly picky. I volunteer with the CAF working on a full scale B-25, so I am rather picky about the airplane. However, like much of the discussion on the P-38, I do believe that the appearance of the gear are extremely important for a B-25. With the great job you have done on the P-38, I would love to see a proper B-25.

Wow, as a stand off scale model, and that is what these foamies are, the FMS B-25 looks real good. It also looks like a good starting point for a modeler who wants to add some pride of ownership can make a dramatic improvement with about 2 to 3 hours of work.

DenJen49, I don't know wether to thank you of curse you, as it looks like I need to add an FMS B-25 to my que!

I have and love the FMS B-25 I have.
My biggest complaint about it is the main landing gear.
The smaller Taft Hobby B-25 has the proper retracting main gears, but no doors.
The larger LanXiang B-25 has it all, and with a wingspan of 2000mm, it is a perfect match to the new P-38 from Motion RC.
Three choices ranging from 1250 to 2000 wingspan, and a spread in cost too.

I love my LX B-25 and it's great knowing my FlightLineRC P-38 will fit right in along side her.  :)
