I have a 2200 Mah battery for the timber. Does the plane have a low battery warning? Or do you just have to time it? Thanks in advance

That is something you will need to time yourself.

There is a little battery tester around, that can be left connected to the balance cable on the battery, that will sound an alarm when the battery gets down to a preset level. I used it in my mini apprentice.. it's loud enough to get your attention and bring 'er in. Otherwise.. you'll need a radio with a timer setting in it... the way I time it now.

I believe you said you had a DXe radio - no timer. I used my iPhone then, started with 6 minutes. I did not fly at full throttle and invested in 4 batteries. The charger I used would tell me cell voltage after a flight and I could also check before a flight if I was unsure of battery level. A 3 cell pack, 2200mAh would usually give me 7 minutes and finish the flight with average 3.7 volts per cell.
I was also flying a Carbon Cub S+, not the Timber - so your results may vary.
