FMS P51D V8 tail wheel/rudder issue

I have recently just completed putting my new FMS P51 together and apart from the connections from the wings everything was already pre connected. However the rudder and tail operate in different directions and I would like to know how to go about correcting this???
Is it something I need to do on my transmitter (Spektrum DX6)?

If you mean elevator/rudder move opposite to to stick direction, go into your Function List in TX, select Servo Set Up and Reverse elevator and rudder.
