Prop Adapter Assembly for Dynam at-6 Texan

I can’t figure out the sequence of placing the propeller assembly parts onto the prop adapter. Please see my photos.
The part that is in my hand - I don’t know whether to place it between the spinner & prop OR between the prop & the motor.

You can use or not, that is up to you, would go in back. the center section of the prop thickness dictates the use of it.
