    Hi

Looks like an unbalanced prop assembly.
Did you check balance of spinner and prop?????

Prop balance as well as tracking. If one or more blades wasn’t seated properly and wasn’t tracking true, prop imbalance or compromised (cracked) spinner backplate could all be culprits in this type of failure.

new spinner, prop blades and some glue and you should be back in business. Or order a new fuselage....

Did you use any Loctite on any part of the prop assembly? In my very first prop that had individual blades, I used Loctite on the screws that held the blades on the backplate. The Loctite produced fractures in the plastic and the whole thing disintegrated when spun up.

I'd go with this. Each blade needs to be weighed and made to be exactly the same weight. Then the back plate needs to be balanced, in addition to the spinner.
