  • How About a FlightlineRC 1600mm P47 Razorback

How about FlightlineRC producing a 1600mm P47 Razorback with flaps, retracts and bomb/tank drops. With what they've done with the P38 it would seem this would be a piece of cake for them and there is very few Razorbacks available.

Hi PlaneCrazy, thanks for the suggestion, we'll add it to the list! FlightLineRC is a brand we're expanding to primarily develop model aircraft which so far have been rarely rendered (if at all) in our foam electric format. The early Razorback variant of the P-47 would seem to qualify. Although, currently we haven't finalized any future plans. The success of FLightLineRC's current three aircraft will largely shape and determine the course of future development projects.

I love the razorback idea just not the size. 1100 to 1400mm would be more useful to more people. This is my opinion only.

        I approve of PlaneCrazy's message. :)

A 1600mm Razorback P-47 would be fantastic! Imagine the livery with invasion stripes and checkerboard cowl...Mama!

I also approve! And I love the idea of working bomb drops/tank release. Run it on a magnet system, easy peasy!

Yes, I agree, that could be quite the plane in 1600mm. I also like the way you can pick which scheme to deck your P 38 out in. his should be a standard in every new plane. It should have been something that came with the P40. At least all three Flying Tiger Squadrons should have been available. I'm glad to see it offered with the P38 as it might set a precedence .

Agreed, 1600 mm or bigger. We need more of the bigger foam planes

FMS is supposedly making a 1500mm Razorback this year, so I would doubt knowing that, that unless it's already in the works that Freewing would make a duplicate 100mm larger.
