  • Dynam F4U Corsair Motor gets Hot and has "Wallop"

Ive tried everything i can think of, and i have watched the video of Pilot Ryan, for setting the speed control 100 times, i get the wallop, with prop on not off, go figure. the motor test i did for about a minute and half, mixed throttle positions, then started to smell something burning, so i shut it off to find that the motor and prop hub was so hot i couldn't remove the spinner hub for a few seconds. Anyone have any ideas, i would be grateful. like i said only ran motor for maybe a minute or so maybe 2 min at most.
    thx

Sounds like a ground to the stator. Give MotionRC a call. They have great tech support and customer support.
