    Smoove (Dynam F3A pattern ship)

Just when I thought it was safe to go back to the MotionRC site, as the excitement over the last few jet offerings is starting to subside, I see this!

Smoove, other than the name, which I think is slang for envy, it looks like a nice replacement upgrade for one of my Splendors (another stupid name).

Does MotionRC have any plans to import the wooden version?

May have to get. I would prefer a balsa instead of a foamie.

I watched the videos at Grayson. It is really trying to loosen my wallet! The only issue I see is the landing gear. I hate aluminum struts with such minimal mounting. I would change the landing gear before the first flight to a torsion bar or carbon fiber lay up style.

Balsa does fly better! But EPO foam is so much more durable! So it is a wash. One's crash (incident) history should be used in make the decision.
