Eflight SU30 ailerons not working!! Help please!

So today I unboxed my eflight su30. Put it all together, wanted to take it out to my street to just taxi it around since the sun was down. I put the battery in bind the trans. And checked all the gear and movements of everything. Everything worked as it should but the ailerons. The wings are getting power because the lights are coming on but no movement. My transmitter is a Spectrum NX6 in which I have flown all my other planes just fine with… the draco, Cub as 2.1 and the extra 300. What are some of your thoughts? Transmitter settings?? Even when the plane goes through the motions to show you it’s bind was successful they do not move.

    thanks in advance

The servo connections are probably plugged in backwards. Check the connection at the receiver and where the extensions plug into the wings.
