  • Dynam PBY Catalina throttle stumble

I have two of these planes and one has a slight stumble at about 80% when you go full throttle, it gets past it ok but is a little unnerving. I've disconnected one motor at a time and it does it on both, any ideas on what this would be?

    Hi

Please watch this video it should resolve your issue http://www.motionrc.com/dynam-pby-ca...an-pnp/#videos
Or you can go to motionrc then to the Catalina page go to the more videos tab and play the video. This should resolve your issue. I would also if you can do 1 esc at a time.
    hope all goes well!

Thanks Brad, I had done that with no success, I changed out my receiver and that fixed it

I'd like to know the the technical reasons why changing the Rx would fix this problem. Any ideas? The only thing I can come up with is that different Rx may "talk" to the ESCs differently and maybe they see the throttle calibration differently. Did you do the calibration for the ESCs together or individually?

I'm not sure maybe not a good bind, I'm going to test it on another plane and see if the problem follows.
