Safe Select and AS3X in a nitro plane...?

I want to put a SAFE Select/AS3X reciever in a nitro plane, is it possible? If not, what can I use? Also, is there something like it that I can use for a heli? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hopefully you got your answer by now, but yes... Spektrum as several AS3X/SAFE Rx's thst you can use. The fact you are using it with a nitro application doesn't have any relation to the Rx capabilities. I have several as3x enabled nitro birds. Hope this helps.
